NDIS for Plan and Self Managed participants only

Private therapy sessions may be claimed through private health insurance depending on your individual provider.

Medicare rebates are available through a Chronic Disease Management Plan provided by your GP. These plans can allow you to claim partial reimbursement for five therapy sessions within a calendar year.

We currently service the Great Southern Region in WA, including, Albany, Denmark, Mount Barker and Walpole.
